Returns
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or broken during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Because many of our products are custom made to order, returned items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In unused and original condition
- Securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or broken during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage during delivery.
For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
